This digitally mastered recording is designed and written with the therapist in mind. Especially for use in consulting rooms, meditation centres, healing sanctuaries and clinics in fact anywhere that requires a soothing feeling of relaxation.

There are several unique features included within the music. The recording incorporates the use of a heart beat that begins at 78 beats per minute and reduces to 45 beats per minute within a 20 minute period. In addition the looped music, though seemingly repetitious, creates a time distortion due to its cyclic nature. This is achieved by giving the appearance that the tempo is unchanging where in fact there is an ever increasing cycle. The instruments used encourage the use of deep breathing to enhance calm.
