Gold Psychotherapeutic Counselling ® in Action

This video presentation is designed to accompany the Gold Counselling book and is intended to demonstrate the use of Gold Psychotherapeutic Counselling. It is advisable prior to watching this recording to have read and studied and absorbed the principles of Gold Counselling.

Demonstrated on this video are some techniques that describe how to elicit a subject matter to work with your client and include:

How to explain the making of a freely associated list.

How the links and connections are explained to the client.

How to clarify with a client the areas for adjustment and how to ensure the client has a clear understanding of the process.

How to elicit information.

How to bring about change within the clients belief system.

What you will have read and what you will see is a methodology that has an extremely high success rate. The reason for this is that it is based on a science that can be proven time and time again.

The premise behind Gold Counselling is simple, the nature of beliefs is such that they form a circular reality. In isolating a particular circular reality we can see clearly what goes on in a client’s mind and what effect it is having on them.

Changing a belief changes our reality. The application of this science is an art. Although one can paint by numbers we would encourage you to develop your own style in using The Gold Method.

While viewing this video, take time to notice the language patterns used by its creator Georges Philips, and how rapport is established and maintained. Notice hand gestures, tonality, pitch, and volume. The objective is always to bring about the quickest release in the most compassionate and caring way possible.

It would be inappropriate on this video to show you abreactions and scenes of trauma release, as we do not feel that this is neither necessary nor appropriate.
