Post Hypnotic Suggestions (PHS) can be used to demonstrate the power of Hypnosis, thus highlighting the effect of the Hypnotic/Trance state. PHS are useful in bringing about quick inductions and can be used as a deepener, making time for the Hypnotist to facilitate the clients needs.
