Questions and Answers
Is it possible to have contrary beliefs on the same subject?
Yes, often we find contradicting beliefs evident in subject topics. In many respects this is a benefit to the client as once we have removed the damaging or limiting belief, the constructive loop expand to fill the space (use the energy) that was previously taken up with the negative.
What types of heading are most effective?
The subject matter or focus is critical to the outcome. Therefore we need to consider whether we are looking to discover the broad or narrow perspective that the mind has stored in its neural network. For example if we are to ask the client to do a list on “my relationships” we are likely to get a great deal of information with the broad view.
The output is likely to be a generalisation of what is happening in the clients mind about all relationships. If we ask the client to do a list on “my relationship” we are specific in our requirements and are addressing a specific situation.
